REPORT FOR MANHATTAN SHORT, With more than 300 locations hosting the "World's Most People Powered Film Festival" we are inviting bloggers and aspiring reporters to cover this event in your city, by hosting an Online Media Channel at ManhattanShort.com.

We are the first to acknowledge that this Film Festival no longer belongs to a group in New York City. It belongs to the cinema-going public throughout the world! Reporting for MANHATTAN SHORT is an avenue for the audience to become the pulse of the Festival.

How it works: You will be on-site to interview viewers in your respective city about their opinion regarding the ten films featured in the Festival. The Festival, which takes place September 27 to October 6, 2013 will screen the films, each originating from a different country. During the week of September 27th to October 6th 2013, ten award-winning short films from ten separate countries already selected as Finalists in the 2013 MANHATTAN SHORT Audience members at each venue vote for the one film they think should win, and your role is to talk to them about their selection.

Your Assignment: Organize your very own Media Team to represent your city, town, university or school that has elected to be a venue the 2013 MANHATTAN SHORT and report on the happenings in your town. From Russia , to Ireland, to India, to Australia to all 50 States of the USA young reporters all over the world will be revealing what's going on in their town...and most importantly, what film people voted for and why.

You get your Own Online-Media Channel hosted at ManhattanShort.com; Each media team will be given their own Online-Media-Channel hosted at ManhattanShort.com to post messages, pictures and most importantly, video interviews. These Media Channels are simple Press Blogs.
