2009 Screenplay Competition

Title: 14 MINUTES
Synopsis: An engaged American girl sets off on a single-girl road trip to decipher her decision to get married in a few weeks. She corrals her fiance's truck to drive 15 hours across the Canadian border to meet a photographer whom she has never met. The photographer is driving to meet her and his truck breaks down but continues on a bus to their meeting point. The anticipation of meeting someone you have never seen only heard is uncomfortable yet they set out to spend the weekend together. How will a gruff Canadian photographer assist in her questioning standard notions of happiness?

He meets a shepherd who looks like Jesus Christ, and a man on the horse who resembles Muhammad helps this exhausted Tibetan. This is a small Roadmovie.
